Extensive Course on Buddhist Philosophy and Practice (Lam rim)

1.3 Contributory Cause: Meeting Spiritual Friend (pratyaya: kalyanamitrasevana)

2.1 Impermanence (anityabhavana)

2.2 Vicious States of Samsara (duhkha)

2.3 Karma and Its Result (karma-phala)

 

Unit 3:

3.1 Taking Refuge (trisaranagamana)

3.2 Meditation on Four Immeasurables (caturbrahmaviharabhavana)

3.3 Bodhicitta: Its generation (bodhicitta: bodhicittotpada)

3.3.1 Mind Training (Lojong)

 

Unit 4: Perfections (paramita)

4.1 Giving (dana paramita)

4.2 Morality (sila paramita)

4.3 Strenuousness (virya paramita)

4.4 Patience (ksanti paramita)

4.5 Meditation (dhyana paramita)

4.6 Wisdom (prajna paramita)

You have to register for the class by duly filling out the application form. The class will start only after all the students have registered their names. You have to fill out application form either in the NIEM office at Chakupat or download the PDF Application File online, print, fill out and submit it to the office with the course fee before the class kicks off. The passport size photo must be pasted on the form.
